LvLUP AOL Partner Agreement

1. Parties

  • This agreement is entered into by and between Growthrive Pvt. Ltd., the makers of LvLUP, and the individual applying to become an Ambassador of LvLUP (AOL Partner).

2.Purpose

  • The purpose of this agreement is to set out the terms and conditions under which the AOL Partner promotes, sells, and earns commissions from LvLUP products.

3.Nature of Relationship

  • The AOL Partner is an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of Growthrive. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to create an employer-employee relationship.

4.Eligibility

  • The applicant must be 18 years or older and accept this agreement along with the Code of Conduct and Policy Framework documents.

5.Product and Pricing

  • The primary product, the LvLUP report + Resume Builder, is priced at ₹299 (all-inclusive). The AOL Partner agrees not to misrepresent or inflate pricing.
6.Compensation
  • Level 1 Commission: ₹100 per direct sale.
  • Level 2 Commission: ₹30 per indirect sale by Level 1 recruits.
  • Level 3 Commission: ₹19 per sale from Level 2 recruits.

The commission is only payable on LvLUP reports actually sold and where funds have been received and does not apply to reports generated as part of a free trial.

7.Obligations of the AOL Partner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and LvLUP policies.
  • Avoid misleading claims, aggressive recruitment, or unauthorized resale.
  • Respect data privacy, customer rights, and provide honest promotion.
8.Term and Termination
  • This agreement is effective upon acceptance and continues until terminated by either party.
  • Termination may be initiated by either party by giving seven days written notice.
  • Growthrive reserves the right to terminate any Ambassador found violating this Code with written notice of 7 days.

9.Compliance with Law

  • The AOL Partner agrees to comply with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 & 2023, and shall not engage in inventory loading, entry-fee-based recruitment, or misleading income promises.
10.Processing of Personal Information & Consent to communications
  • You agree that by applying to be an AOL Partner we will need to process certain of your personal information in order to give effect to the application and resultant contract.
  • We make use of a third party service provider to provide us with an affiliate management system, Tapfiliate (https://tapfiliate.com) By signing this agreement (and checking and accepting the consent box when you sign up) you agree to Tapfiliate processing your personal data including your name and email address.
  • In addition to sending out your unique link to track your sales and affiliate team, you will also be able manually add affiliates on the platform. You agree that you have lawful grounds for processing such personal data and indemnify us and Tapfiliate against any harm caused as a result of such unlawful processing.
  • We will also process your personal data including your name, email address and account details when tallying your commission and that of your team and making your payments.

11.Confidentiality

  • The AOL Partner shall keep all business, customer, and compensation data confidential and shall not share proprietary information without consent. The AOL partner shall not make disparaging, defamatory or negative statements about Growththrive, their group companies or the products or programs thereof.

12.Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram.

13.Acknowledgment

  • By signing this agreement, the AOL Partner acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the LvLUP Policy Framework and Code of Conduct documents.
